John's post from his and Jamaal's ride from Charleston to Myrtle beach states, "Crossed over this beast of a bridge that allowed bikes across..." but that they didn't actually use the bike lane, known as Wonders Way, in honor of a cyclist who was killed on a Charleston-area road while on a solo training ride. Garrett Wonders was passionate about life and racing, and his loss affected many, many people. I'm sorry to hear that John and Jamaal were not able to enjoy riding across Wonders Way, but wish them much luck and safe passage on their journey. Share the roads.
